Anger is like an ant hill, it gradually grows over time. It can be destructive to the house if allowed to grow against the wall. The sooner we get rid of the ant hill, the lesser the resource we use in destroying it and vice versa. This is the same case with issues we allow in our lives. The sooner we work out the feelings of anger, depression, rage and unforgiving nature, the less depressed we become and the lesser the resources we spend with the doctor. Stay away from irritating situations. Talk about your issues with a trusted friend as soon as you possibly can and stay happy always.
