Fr.Peter Meienberg, OSB (1929-2021)Mfariji wa WafungwaFrom 2009 to present, Fr. Peter Meienberg, OSB championed new projects in different prison institutions in Kenya, both as an individual and through his Foundation. On January 23, 2013, Fr, Peter Meienberg, in championing the best interest of children accompanying their mothers to prison, launched a modern daycare center at Lang'ata Women Prison. Through his Foundation, he has been able to equip and improve 5 more daycare centers at Kericho Women Prison, Embu Women Prison, Busia Women Prison, Shimo La Tewa and Kakamega Women Prison.
