Mary is a counseling psychologist with an Msc in counseling psychology. She has General management and administrative skills, project management and training skills with over twenty years practical experience in rehabilitation services and capacity building. Having worked in the public and private sector, she has all round exposure to various result oriented management systems and therefore a very adaptive manager. She is Trainer of Trainers, has a certificate in debriefing and trauma counseling, An associate member of (KCPA) She is a mentor and a coach in areas of enabling people identifies their innate skills to take personal responsibility and accountability in their lives. A trained disengagement officer handling violent extremist. She is a trained HCTC having worked with KEMRI on a center of disease control HIV program for uniformed officers.
