Accredited counselling psychologist with proven experience supporting clients in the work pace and in educational settings. Committed to delivering client centered support that gradually empowers individuals and enables them to make informed decisions. A member of the Kenya Counsellors and Psychologists Association an accredited professional mediator with the mediation training institute (I) East Africa. Have been a member of the counselling department since 2001 and a community adaptations projects officer at Faraja Foundation. Recieved a higher diploma in counselling at Amani Counselling and Training Centre, a Bachelors Degree in Sustainable Human Development from the Institute of Social Ministry from Catholic University of Eastern Africa.

Served as a counsellor at Faraja Foundation and conducted debriefing, individual and group counselling sessions. She has facilitated a number of trainings correctional institutions and rehabilitation schools, cooperates, Ngos, Religious institutions and Learning institutions on self-awareness, Communication skills, Basic counselling and communication skills, Interpersonal relationship, stress and stress management and topics on life skills and personal growth.  Her research on the impact of children living with their incarcerated mothers in prison saw the establishment of a modern-day care center at Langata Women Maximum Prison. She introduced peer counselling education and has sat in several discharge boards in correctional institutions across the country.
